Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare, pack, and hand your order to the carrier. Shipping time begins once the package has been scanned by the carrier. During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
  
  
• Shipping Origin: All orders ship from our studio in Idaho.
  
  
• Domestic Shipping (United States): We ship within the United States using USPS or UPS. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather, or service delays. We are not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier’s possession.
  
  
• International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Available destinations and rates are shown on our FAQ page. International shipping rates are flat-rate by region to provide clear, predictable pricing.
  
  Estimated Delivery Times
  
  
  • Standard International: approximately 1–3 weeks
  • Economy International (where available): approximately 3–6+ weeks

Delivery times are estimates only and may be extended due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local postal services.

• Customs, Duties, & Taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority or carrier upon delivery. We do not have control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.

• Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages: If an international package is:
  • Refused due to unpaid customs fees
  • Returned due to an incorrect address
  • Unclaimed or undeliverable

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any return shipping fees may be deducted from an eligible refund. If you wish to have the order reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

We take care to pack every order securely and sustainably so it arrives to you safely and beautifully. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
