Due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of crystals and metaphysical items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each item is carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment to ensure it arrives safely and as described.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We will require clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to process your claim. Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery, and we will promptly correct the issue at no additional cost.

How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim for a damaged or incorrect item, please email our customer service team at hello@mineralchapel.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos. We aim to resolve all claims within 7 business days.

Final Sale

All items sold by Mineral Chapel are considered final sale due to their fragile and unique nature.
